We arrive 2–4 hours before your start time, set up on grass (concrete or indoor also available), anchor everything safely and walk you through the safety rules.
3. We Pack Up & Haul Away
At the end of your rental we come back, take everything down and clean up. You keep the memories — we handle the heavy lifting.

Delivery is free within 3 miles of Martinez, GA. Beyond that a small per-mile fee applies. We travel up to a 25 to 30 mile radius from Martinez, which covers Augusta, Evans, Grovetown, Appling and Harlem. Call 706-305-9328 and we will quote your address.
We arrive 2 to 4 hours before your event start time. Setup takes roughly 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the equipment, and we pick up on time at the end of your rental.
Grass is our standard setup surface. We can also set up on concrete or indoors, which may include an additional fee. For safety reasons we cannot set up on dirt, sand or gravel.
We make the weather call, so you never have to guess. We cancel or reschedule if sustained winds of 15 mph or higher, lightning or thunderstorms, heavy or steady rain, or an extreme heat advisory are expected during your event window. We watch the forecast and reach out as soon as conditions look questionable, often several days ahead and not just the morning of. If we cancel, you choose a full refund or a rebooking credit that never expires.
Cancel 7 or more days before your event and your deposit is fully refundable. Less than 7 days out, the deposit is non-refundable. Weather cancellations that we call are always fully refunded or credited.
Yes. We are fully insured and an approved vendor with the Columbia County School District. Certificates of insurance and W-9s are available on request for schools, churches and corporate clients.
