 Our policies are designed to deliver and create a memorable and stress-free party for the guest of honor and parents. To ensure our parties are focused on your child, we strictly adhere to the following practices in order to make this a special day as stress-free for everyone involved... 

Policies


  • All party orders should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance prior to party date.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required two weeks in advance when booking a party.  Deposit price depends on the number of guest.
  • All deposits are non-refundable. We understand children can get sick, and therefore you can postpone your party one time. We will gladly work with you to find an alternate party date. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit is forfeited. Deposits cannot be applied to other services or merchandise.
  • If a party date needs to be changed for reasons other than inclement weather or family emergency, the client is responsible for paying another deposit fee to All Star Jumpers Party Rental, due to loss revenue.
  • Deposits may be paid in the form of cash or credit card. The remaining balance is due 7 days before event.
  • A final headcount is required 7 business days before the date of your party.
  • The package price is for 8,16, & 24 children, plus the birthday child. There is an additional charge of $20 for each extra guest/child plus tax.
  • If less than the count of children attend the party, the package price remains the same.
  • All party decor is owned by All Star Jumpers Party Rental and will not be distributed to the birthday child or party. This includes but is not limited to accessories as centerpieces, table decorations, etc.
  • All Star Jumpers Party Rental's hosts are not licensed characters. All Star Jumpers Party Rental will do their best to provide characters as close as possible to the licensed characters requested.
  • The party date and time is not guaranteed until the full NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT amount is made to All Star Jumpers Party Rental. Upon paying the deposit you agree to the terms & conditions of All Star Jumpers Party Rental agreement, which includes full cost of party that will be due 7 business days prior to party date.
  • In the event of an illness or death in the family, All Star Jumpers Party Rental will work with the client on rescheduling a date for party. Client will have a 30 day grace period from original party date, before deposit is forfeited. All Star Jumpers Party Rental will require documentation.
  • If the party date is rescheduled after the 30 day grace period for reasons other than inclement weather or family emergency, you will be held responsible for paying another deposit fee to All Star Jumpers Party Rental.
  • Please note All Star Jumpers Party Rental party duration will be discussed, plus an additional 10 minutes to pack up, unless otherwise specified. A $45 fee will be assessed for every 30 minutes thereafter.
  • An automatic 10% gratuity will be added to our birthday party packages.
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and cash. No checks, please.

Delivery & Setup Fee

Delivery fee is based on location. Set up fee depends on number of guest package chosen.

Additional Services

Birthday theme packages can be packaged with any and all of All Star Jumpers Party Rental products and services. Let us know if you need us to provide tables and chairs.
